Drone mapping software for construction and industrial projects

See what’s really happening on site with unified reality capture

From 200 feet up or from the stud line, SkyMap gives you one place to manage, measure, and mark up your aerial captures. Turn flights into actionable data (orthos, DSMs, point clouds), then line them up with BIM and your ground captures to get ahead of problems in the field.

Are you getting the most value from your drone data?
You need everything in one place
It's hard enough to run a site, let alone manage logins for aerial, ground, and scans. A single georeferenced environment removes the swivel-chair tax and the "which version is right?" debate.
You need alignment, not another file drop
Disconnected records slow decisions. We help reduce friction by giving teams the same picture of their jobsite, from any height.
You need BIM-level checks on aerials
If you can't compare your ortho or point cloud to the model, you're eye-balling, not verifying. Reality capture pays back when it links directly to design, fabrication and quantities, not when it sits in a gallery.

How Cupix SkyMap pays off on site

Capture and configure
Bring imagery from your favorite drone and flight app (no hardware lock-in!) Upload JPGs and let SkyMap process them into orthomosaics, DSMs, point clouds, all inside Cupix.
Compare and verify
View aerial data in the same unified, georeferenced platform as your 360° ground captures, laser scans, and BIM. See misalignments while they're cheap to fix, and review upcoming work to avoid any site issues.
Analyze and act
Keep track of every measurement and markup within one georeferenced environment, whether you’re reviewing a ground capture or analyzing from above.

FAQs

What is SkyMap?
SkyMap is the drone module inside CupixWorks. It processes aerial images into orthomosaics, DSMs, point clouds, and 3D meshes, and unifies them with 360° captures, laser scans, drawings and BIM in a single georeferenced environment.
Does SkyMap work with any images captured from a drone?
Yes. SkyMap supports JPG images with GPS data, regardless of the drone or flight app used.
What data types can be processed from drone imagery in Cupix?
Orthomosaics, DSMs, point clouds, and 3D meshes.
Which license is required to try SkyMap?
SkyMap is free during the Beta period for Unified License users with geo-referenced projects. Pilot customers are also eligible to participate.
Can SkyMap perform SiteInsights analysis over time?
SiteInsights is not currently available for drone captures but will be supported in future software updates.
How does SkyMap support BIM verification?
CupixWorks supports Drone-to-BIM and Ground-to-BIM verification through 3D or 360 tour views for design-to-reality checks. Orthomosaic-to-BIM will be released in future software updates.
Can processed drone data be downloaded (Orthomosaic, DSM, Point Clouds)?
Yes. Download Orthomosaics and DSMs directly from the SkyMap Editor, and Point Clouds and Meshes from SiteView.
